Individual Session

60 min & 90 min

Have you ever sat down with a therapist and as soon as you start to warm up and feel vulnerable, time’s up?! In my experience, 90 min sessions provided every other week can be more effective than your traditional 60 min weekly sessions. The 90 min session is a great option if you find yourself needing more space and time to work through more sensitive topics.

Attachment Focused EMDR

90 min

Attachment Focused Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing “is client-centered and emphasizes a reparative therapeutic relationship using a combination of Resource Tapping (Parnell, 2008) to strengthen clients, EMDR to process traumas and talk therapy to help integrate the information from EMDR sessions and to provide healing derived from therapist-client interactions.

AF-EMDR can be used for clients with severe early attachment trauma, for more recent traumatic events, for phobias or fears that you just can’t explain, for compulsions and addictions, and more. AF-EMDR has five guiding principles that define it which include safety, relationship, client-centered, resource tapping and modified EMDR.

Individual Intensive

3 hours

We will use Experiential Therapy to accomplish more of your therapeutic goals in less time. Similar to a good work out, to do effective therapeutic work, we start by doing a good emotional warm up then we can dig into some of your therapeutic goals with time to “cool down” at the end. If this peaks your interest, give me a call and we will discuss the best treatment plan for you.

*Still Waters Therapy LLC is only able to bill BCBS for Individual therapy and for 60 minutes. Anything outside of that is self-pay.

When to Book a 90 Min Session

You can book a 90 min session anytime. However, a 90 min session is most preferable and highly recommended for Intake Sessions, AF-EMDR sessions and Relationship Therapy Sessions.

Couple, Family, Peer Relationship Session

60min, 90 min & 120 min

Bring your significant other, your partner, your parent, your sibling, your child or anyone that you want to invest in a healthy relationship. It can be challenging for two people to coordinate their schedules, so when you’re able to get a session in, let’s make the most of it! I recommend a 90 min session every week or two or a 120 min session every two to three weeks.
